Personal message

I am the Co-Founder of Goldilocks and The Bear Foundation along with Professor Renata Schoeman. I will be running my 16th Two Oceans Ultra Marathon and 20th Comrades Marathon this year in aid of Goldilocks and The Bear Foundation who helps children in underprivileged areas with ADHD and Mental Health problems. By identifying these barriers to education at an early stage of a child's life, a child will have a better chance of succeeding in school and avoid getting pulled into a life of gangs and drugs. Please support me by donating a few rand. Educate a child, educate a nation.
