Geoffrey Abrams, is a 51yr old athlete who loves participating in long-distance running. He has taken part in races ranging from 10km to tackling 4 Comrades Marathons.
- He has been invited to the 2024 Abbott World Marathon Majors (AbbottWMM) Wanda Age Group World Championships due to take place in Sydney, Australia on the 15th of September 2024 where he'll be racing in the Age Category of 50-54. This invite comes after he ran a time of 02:48:06 at the 2023 Berlin Marathon.
The funds raised will assist in paying for registration, flight tickets, and accommodation.
Participating in this event (Age Category of 50-54) will help promote the love of running especially to our youth and peers alike and further demonstrate that health is a gift and should be nurtured.
