FOR THE NURSES

 

While Covid19 infections continue to rise in South Africa and the nation is under lockdown, 1st for Women Insurance are inspired by the remarkable nurses on the frontline - the women who risk their lives every day to put our safety, and the safety of our families, 1st.

 

In a survey conducted by Nurse Insure, nurses across the country were asked about their immediate needs. An overwhelming majority said psychosocial support as well as the provision of protective gear.

 

To support and thank these incredible heroines on the frontline, 1st for Women has teamed up with Gift of the Givers, BackaBuddy and VULA Mobile to ensure that South African nurses working tirelessly to fight the pandemic are provided with the emotional support and protection needed to fight the spread and flatten the curve

 

1st for Women has kickstarted the campaign with a R500 000.00 donation.  Join us in supporting our nurses undertaking this heroic task!
