The Soweto United Stars Soccer Academy looks after young soccer players from disadvantaged backgrounds. There is always a shortage of food for the boys staying at the organization's boarding facility. The Soweto United Stars Soccer Academy is situated in Soweto, Gauteng.
It would change the lives of the young talented boys staying at the organization's boarding facility. That would mean they will always have food to eat and perform their daily activities with ease.
Funds will be used for:
- R20 000 will be used to buy food for the boys
- R9 000 will be used for paying the monthly rent
- R7 500 will be used for stipends to the volunteers
- R 4 000 will be used for transport to the games

We are a soccer academy that aims to provide young boys with opportunities to grow in life through soccer. We scout talented players around the country and work with them to use soccer as a tool to educate them about life in general. More than 90% of our players are coming from underprivileged backgrounds.
Our aim is to help them fulfil their highest potential through sport and see soccer as more than just a sport ,but as a means to get out poverty and many other social ills or disadvantages that south African young people are faced with.
