What is Bike4Paws? I ride my bike all around the world for the benefit of the rescue dogs at Paws R Us. All sponsorship funds and donations go directly to the charity.

The next Bike4Paws adventure is... THE ABSA CAPE EPIC!!

The toughest mountain bike race in the world. Over 8 days and 648km with 15,475m across harsh, brutal terrain. Less than 10% of the field are women. This one will be the most difficult challenge yet. But this time it's a team effort, with brother and sister riding together!

If you are able, please consider a donation to help rehome the 144 dogs in the care of Paws R Us, as they enter the final challenging chapter of their 12 year history of providing animal welfare and creating employment.

About the charity:

PAWS R US (SA) is a pro-life animal rescue and re-homing group, and a registered Non-Profit Company. They operate in the companion animal welfare sector in South Africa and focus specifically on the rescue, shelter, networking and re-homing of rescue dogs.

Paws R Us have to raise and generate their own funds every month in order to support approximately 140 rescue dogs currently in their care. All funds raised go directly to the charity.
