Dear Friends,
I write to you with a heavy heart and a plea for help. My oldest brother, Mark, has been recently been diagnosed with stage 4 lymphoma, a diagnosis that has shattered our world. As if this news wasn't devastating enough, my brother's wife, the mother of their 6-year-old son, Elijah, passed away tragically last year.
Now, my brother faces the fight of his life, battling against this aggressive cancer while also shouldering the responsibility of raising his young son alone. The burden is immense, both emotionally and financially. As a family, we are doing everything we can to support him, but the costs of treatment are staggering, and the future is uncertain.
That's why we are reaching out to you, our friends, our community, for help. We have set up this Back a Buddy campaign, "Hope for Healing," with the hope of raising funds to cover the cost of my brother's treatment and to provide for his son's needs during this incredibly difficult time.

It will bring us one step closer to ensuring that my brother receives the care he needs and that his son is provided for during this challenging journey.
