Personal message

To all you earth Angels,

I am asking your kind heart to open up and help me raise my niece up to a better life.

Please help me help Eden to have a chance at a brighter future. She has spent her life in foster care, living off of a grant, due to both parents being addicts.

She is a beautiful soul, who loves animals and would love to become a veterinarian when she grows up. She just needs you to believe in her.

Due to her mom's addiction and using during pregnancy, Eden was impacted by this abuse and has struggled with learning. Sadly, the school system has just kept placing her over to the next grade without considering the long term repercussions. She needs real support now, at a school that can help her become a success in life. Though she needs extra tutoring to help her reach her dreams of becoming a veterinarian some day. I TRULY believe that she is capable of making such a difference in this world, if we can give her half a chance.

She has just had her whole life uprooted again and is now living in Villiersdorp, with her aunt, who is unemployed. She was accepted at DVG high school, and this meant new uniforms, sportswear etc. which was barely covered by the grant, and leaves no funds for food etc.

I am currently assisting with food whenever I can, as she needs good nutrition for learning, and will continue to do so throughout the year. I cannot afford the tutoring needed.

Please be a blessing to her life. All funds raised will go towards her tutoring and school activities of the year.

Receipts can be sent on request, as the funds will be used as needed.

Even if you know of anyone who might be able to assist with online tutoring for Grade 9, that too would REALLY help her.
