Personal message

Last year I intended to ride 94.7 Cycle Challenge, unfortunately I was unable to join my brother Dr. Reza Mia and the #Ride4Smiles team as I had sustained an arm injury following an accidental fall. Recovered and ready to tackle the challenge again this year, I have rejoined the #Ride4Smiles team. I would like to ask for your support throughout the training process and the cycle challenge to raise awareness for The Smile Foundation. It is a South African NGO that assists children with any type of facial abnormality, to receive free corrective Plastic and Reconstructive surgery within South Africa. To date, close to 1500 children have been given the gift of a smile. With your contribution we are investing in the medical teams we work with, through a Skills Development programme, and we assist the hospitals by purchasing equipment for use by the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
