The Word of God, the Bible, brings Good News. In times of hopelessness and despair, we are called to bring HOPE.
The Delmas S4J Run and Walk for Bibles is a virtual 5, 10, or 21 km, or a 1-hour fitness event on 6,7, or 8 August 2021. For more info e-mail [email protected]
The S4J / SSNet aims to send 40,000 New Testaments to the Gambela Refugee Camps in the second half of 2021. New Testaments are sponsored at R5 each. Full Bibles are sponsored at R 17 per Bible.
A message received from a pastor friend in South Sudan recently. "We are in bad shape. Hopelessness and despair and giving up are real issues to deal with. We need God."
The churches in Delmas, South Africa partnering with the S4J to share the life-giving Word of God, the Bible, to Sudanese and South Sudanese in the refugee camps in Gambela.Getting the life-giving Word of God, the Bible to Gambela will bring HOPE, DIGNITY, and RESTORATION.
The funds will be used to sponsor Bibles and bring HOPE to every person who receives them.

S4J is a fundraiser where athletes who run the Comrades marathon (and other races) raise funds to help the people of Sudan and South Sudan. We focus on providing help to war victims, as well as those in avoided and neglected communities where help is needed most.
The primary focus is providing these communities with access to clean water and assistance to those who share the Good News of Jesus Christ to those in need.
