In the midst of dreams and aspirations, we come to you as proud representatives of South Africa, seeking not just support but understanding as we share the challenges of our journey. Our dream is to work abroad, an opportunity opened by Away2Xplore, and we turn to you, our community, in the hope that empathy will guide your hearts.

The Human Side of Our Struggle:
Our journey has been marked by uncertainty and resilience. We've moved from place to place, relying on the generosity of family members, but the job market remains elusive. Each day is a struggle for survival, and unfortunately, our options are heavily limited. We're caught in a cycle of seeking employment to sustain ourselves, an exhausting dance that many of you may know too well.
Why We Seek Your Support:
In collaboration with Away2Xplore, we, as South Africans, need to fulfill crucial prerequisites. This includes obtaining visas, passports, securing police clearances, undergoing mandatory drug tests, and ensuring we have the means to sustain ourselves until that pivotal first paycheck arrives. These are not just financial hurdles but emotional and mental battles that we navigate daily.
The Breakdown:
- Visas: R4000 pp (Total: R8000)
- Passports: R600 pp (Total: R1200)
- Police Clearance: R200 pp (Total: R400)
- Drug Test: R300 pp (Total: R600)
- Living Expenses Until First Paycheck: R2750 pp (Total: R5500)
