My Pulmonary Embolism Diagnos

I am Darian Van Coller, a once healthy 29 year old from Harrismith.
On the 27th October I started developing a burning feeling in my chest which I could not pin point as I had no other symptoms. After a few days, I developed a nagging cough which would not go away. I also developed a deep chest pain and a rib muscle injury from all the coughing.
This cough was sometimes productive and caused me to lose my breath and go into a coughing spasm most times. After nebulizing, a chest xray, 3 rounds of antibiotics and cortisone and a few cortisone injections, 4 weeks passed and my pain worsened and cough remained unchanged. I was admitted by my GP to hospital for further tests by the physician.
After another chest xray and a CT scan, it was discovered that I have a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the lung). Treatment required is Clexane injections in the tummy to prevent further clotting and also Warfarin treatment for at least 6 months (bloods will determine if treatment will be life-long). Blood panels have also been run, costing R5000, which will be back after two weeks, to see why I got the clot.
Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated as Warfarin Treatment requires a weekly INR blood test which can amount to R1000 a month which is not covered by my medical aid. The money would also be used for any shortfalls not covered by the medical aid in hospital as a CT scan alone costs over R10k. It would also be used for any funds required for follow up appointments with my specialist.
Kindly see my case as urgent as this diagnosis is life-threatening. Thank you for your help
