Participating in my first Full Ironman event, training with Team Embark and couldn't think of a better cause to get behind while I'm in the dark moments during training and on race day.
These children go through incredibly tough challenges on a daily basis, and any little bit I can do to help I will.
Looking forward to representing the Smile Team.
