Personal message
The Big Issue NGO fell victim to an email phishing Cybercrime Scam whereby R580 000 was stolen from us. We must raise funds to recover this money for our printer of little issue and Big Issue magazines.
Reaching our target means we will clear our printer's debt and allocate our income to printing more magazines, generating income for our NGO and adult vendors who sell the magazines as self-employed entrepreneurs.
The R100 000 will all be used to repay our printer.

Big Issue NGO produces a magazine aimed at adults, THE BIG ISUUE and a magazine aimed at primary school learners, Little Issue. Self-employed adult vendors sell the magazine and make a 100% profit when selling the magazines.
Social Services we provide for vendor and their families:
FREE private Saturday School for vendors' children who are in Grades 11 and 12; FREE repair of vendors' shacks; FREE Sewing & Art skill development classes.
