Personal message
After being challenged to cycle 109KM to raise funds for Bridges For Music (the building of a music school in the underprivileged area of Langa in South Africa), I did so in a heartbeat.
Having last cycled three years ago I managed to complete the Argus Cycle tour yesterday in 4H 51mins. This meant I cycled at an average speed of 22KM and hour.
I now challenge you to donate R22, 22 Pounds or 22 Dollars to this amazing project.
