Personal message

If we believe in ourselves, believe in God and work hard anything is possible.  As a recovering addict I have learnt more about myself, others and how to live a clean life. The Recovery Foundation has helped me get back into fitness and as I continue my Professional Boxing career I have an opportunity to serve others and show that anything is possible if you have the willingness to put in the action with honesty and have an open mind. I completed the 94.7 last year which was the first race I have done and now I am taking on a new challenge to complete the Cape Town Cycle Tour in March.

Through sport and participation, people learn connection and many life lessons required to sustain a clean life. The benefits of physical activity are just as profound to the addict as they are to the non-addict.

Please support me in my efforts in fundraising and at the Cape Town Cycle Tour Challenge as I challenge myself to complete the race which would be a major achievement for myself but most of all - would also be an example to others that it is indeed possible.
