Clare is in the used truck business and has been racing for many years, including in WesBank V8s and drifting her Mustang. 2022 will be her 5th Hill Climb in her turbocharged Subaru VRZ.

In this year’s Simola Hillclimb I will be racing in the ladies’ team to raise funds for Knysna Sedgefield Hospice which offer accredited palliative care for both adults and children.

The funds I hope to raise will assist Knysna Sedgefield Hospice to offer:

1. Palliative, home-based care for those individuals (adults & children) suffering from a life-threatening illness.
2. To support the right to decent and dignified end-of-life care.
3. To provide the best possible holistic palliative care and support.

To support a multi-disciplinary team that works together to give hope, dignity and relief to every patient, as well as bereavement, and other support to their children and families.
