Personal message

I started running with a friend 2 years ago after having my second child to get rid of the baby weight I gained. My aim was to be able to run the whole Knysna 21km the following year, as I had done it twice in the past but only walked it. My intentions were never to go further than that. To date I have run 2, Drylands Traverse which is a 3 day multi-stage trail running event coming 3rd ladies team overall this year, My first Marathon in February this year as well as Two Oceans Ultra.
My reason for entering 70.3 is not only to challenge myself in something else  but also to conquer my fear for the sea.
