Personal message

Six years ago I found out that a work colleague (now VERY good friend) had cancer at a very young age. His life story touched my heart and as we both came from very humble beginnings and knew how tough things were for our families growing up it made me want to do more.

We never had the support in those days and we are thankful that we did not take the wrong paths in life! Others were not always as lucky.

We have grown moustaches, shaved heads but for 2017 I want this to be different. I am on a healthy lifestyle path and I want to encourage people to lead a healthy mental and physical lifestyle so that we can support others by being strong ourselves.

I am running the OMTOM for the children and families of Rainbows and Smiles to give them hope and feel that they are loved and get the support they need to fight every day and remain positive.
