My good people!

It is hard to believe that you all joined me on a journey December 2016 when running changed my life!

I didnt even have to ask and you all supported me in raising funds for a special cause close to my heart. I ran the Two Oceans Half (March 2017) for them with all my heart and then decided to enter my first marathon Wally Hayward (1st May 2017) and ran in thier beautiful colours. This year I ran Wally Hayward Marathon again for them and also did the Midrand 60KM in thier colours.

These people have become such a BIG part of my life and I have so much respect for what they do in support of kidz with cancer. 

It is my wish once more that you help me raise funds for these dedicated special people who help others with all the love they can give.

Those who have seen me, know that I always run for JED & HANNO and I have worked so hard to drop 25KG's in a year as I set the new goal in life.

This year I take on one of the biggest challenges in my life and I WILL run the 90KM - Comrades Ultra Marathon - 10th June 2018.
