Was diagnosed with  breast cancer. Had the surgery to remove the tumor from the breast. The results is that I have a very aggressive cancer growing within a cancer. I have completed the 8 sessions of chemotherapy required, as a state patient, as I am a pensioner with no medical aid/insurance. Unfortunately, due to a 24 month waiting period for radiation at the state hospital, I was advised by the oncologist to seek private treatment , as the radiation has to be done within 12 months post-op, for it to be effective. The cost of the radiation is R130 00.00. Unfortunately, due to my circumstances I  cannot afford the treatment, I was advised that it is absolutely necessary for me to have the radiation and humbly ask for assistance in raising the money.
