Hallo my name is Charl,i am an recovering addict,ive been clean for 1 year and 3 months,i whas in active addiction for 20 years,cycling has been a majour contributer to my recovery process.i have entered the cycle100 event ,i have been cycling for 4 months now.i did run a 5km relay race last year.cycling has became dear to my heart and soul.)
