I am participating as a cyclist in the Plett to Capetown ride the week before the Argus cycletour in March 2018.
This is to raise funds for Hatzolah which is an emergency medical service worldwide, specifically in South Africa, Israel and internationally.
I hope I haven't bitten off more than I can chew! This is a ride of over 600 km and I'll do my best over the five days of the tour.
