Two tiny words that carry with them my deepest gratitude. My children and I thank you - from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity, kindness and love. Your support is giving us precious extra time together and there are just no words to accurately express what that means to us.

Update: Lowering the goal amount, in order to reach the goal of access to treatment.

After a lot of thinking and listening to advice from friends and family, I have decided to adjust the campaign. 

If we were to raise enough funds to pay 12 months of Discovery Medical Aid's top tier plan, I will gain access to all 6 immunotherapy sessions at the cost of just more than one session.

Instead of trying to raise funds for all 6 treatments, the amount needed will be R10303 x 12 = R123 636. This is much more achieveable than the total cost of 6 treatments. 

The funds will be paid directly to Discovery, ensuring transparency. 

I know that changing the campaign in this way is a risk, but I am running out of options.
