Hey. My name is Casey Leigh Solomon.
All my life, I have always dreamed of having a career in the film industry.
This dream wasn't mine alone but my daddy's also. My daddy unfortunately won't see it become a reality because he passed away in 2020 due to a heart condition.
In 2019, I applied to study at Afda Film School and got accepted but couldn't go because we didn't have the finances.
I applied and got accepted again last year to do their Higher Certificate program in Film Television and Entertainment Production. This time, I've enrolled and even got my student card.
However, my enrollment has been paused because I have to pay a deposit of R7000 that I don't have.
The HC program starts on Monday, the 4th of March 2024.
Please help me get to Afda Film School and to make mine and my daddy's dream come true. I do plan on working really hard and then studying further to get my degree in film.
