Caley got off to a rough start in life, getting tick bite fever at the tender age of 2 weeks and landing up in hopital for 3 weeks. In that time she developed meningitis and started having seizures, while having a CAT scan she stopped breathing and had to be resucitated. As you can imagine this has lead to developmental complications and delays. Unfortunately in todays rat race of life there is little time for training in the work place so she is unable to find employment, not that she can't do the job, but she takes longer than most to develop the skills required. Caley is not alone in her situation, there are many people like her who, given the time will master the skills required. We have a vision to start a waffle house that focuses on employing and training people in her situation, to give them an opportunity in life that they would not otherwise get.
