Personal message
The Bush Beanies – Magnus de Beer & Pieter Russouw – are two ordinary guys that want to make a difference. Both of us (Magnus one, Pieter two) are the proud fathers of “100% healthy” daughters. Knowing how and for what reason The Paige Project started we decided that the least that we can do is to try and raise as much possible funds for children (and parents) that are not so privileged and blessed as we are.
We are doing the Joberg2C in 2013. For those of you who are not familiar with the event; the Joberg2C is a 9 day stage race covering a distance of 910km from Heidelberg (Gauteng) to Scottburgh (KZN South Coast). To add some gamesmanship to the fundraising we challenge you to donate an amount of money to The Paige Project for each of the stages that we successfully complete. If you are more of an old school type of person you can still just donate a once of amount, either way your contribution will make a difference!

The Paige Project is a charity organisation who’s main objectives are to raise funds to benefit disadvantaged children with physical and mental disabilities (primarily caused by cerebral palsy), by supplying their family, care facilities or social workers with equipment or training courses to assist in the child’s development.
