Personal message
Last year was the first year I rode The Cape Town Cycle Tour.
I chose to align this with Bridges for Music, a charity I beleive in as they are working tirelessly to create a better future through music, mindfulness and entrepreneurship.
The experience I had last year was fantastic and I raised over 21,000 through the generous support of many family and friends - this year I am working closer with the charity as a champion of the cause and I aim to raise 25,000. I have taken the lead on the Cycle Tour event and am urging others to sign up, support and fundraise for this great cause.
My time last year was 4h54 and this year I am to improve and come in under 4h30.
Riding with the BFM Cycle Team has been a great experience for me and I look forward to another fun year of gaining health and creating postive change.
