Amputation due to open wound

Doctors has tried everything to save her leg but due to being a diabetic they decided to amputate. My mother is a pensioner and receives her monthly Sassa pension but it's not enough to pay rent and buy food monthly so she looks after eldery people by cleaning and cooking for them and this helped financially. Due to the amputation she will no longer be able to clean houses for extra income. She has been in hospital now for almost 2 months and her partner has been informed that his last working day is the 15th of Feb 2024, so this is even a bigger loss which they are going through currently. I have decided to create this backabuddy page to try and assist my mother as she doesn't need to have all this stress on her now, she is going through enough. So if I can lift the stress just a little by trying to raise funds to assist her then that would be awesome.

The funds received will be used to purchase a wheelchair and a walking ring so that she can move around freely and also to try and cover her rental and grouseries. It would highly be appreciated if you can find it in your heart to donate any amount of money or if you have a wheelchair or walking ring to donate that would also be awesome.
