Personal message

The Munga Trail is labelled the toughest race on earth.  400km on foot, self-supported, single stage trail running race in the heart of South Africa.

Could someone run close to a Comrades Marathon every day for 5 days?  I'll let you know soon.  

I am participating in The Munga Trail run from 18-23 April 2018.  

I've chosen to dedicate my race to the Smile Foundation.  The Smile Foundation is a South African charity who assists children in need of plastic & reconstructive surgery.
