After putting my 14-year-old down at the end of 2019, the home was quiet.

My friends said I should consider fostering. I shelved the idea, thinking it was not something I could do.

BUT 2020! 
So during the lockdown, I had my first foster experience. Zoe was an absolute joy and loved socks. Thankfully she was adopted a few weeks later.

Fast forward to 2022, and there was Bruce. Bruce had, had a rough life. Came in a bag of bones with a big gash on his leg. With love and Medical Care, he turned into a beautiful dog. We only had him a few months before he became ill. He had stage 4 Kidney failure and had to be put down. 

PACT is an organization whose values align with mine and believe in giving every fur-baby who comes in a chance to be loved & to know what it feels like to live in a home.

For those who aren't aware, PACT helps abused, abandoned & unwanted stray animals in Phoenix and surrounding areas and supports feeding over 600 animals daily.

Reaching my target and hopefully exceeding it will enable PACT to pay off some of the vet bills & keep a roof over the animal's heads.

As you can imagine, the need is so great, resulting in ongoing huge vet bills & kenneling fees. Fundraising and creating awareness will enable PACT to help more animals & continue to save lives.
