Personal message

The mental picture of a rather large bear squeezed onto the slim frame of bicycle may be a funny one, but seeing the joy in a child's face as they are adopted into a forever family is far greater. You have a great opportunity to change the future of a child's life by supporting me as I ride for Botshabelo and the #PurplePeloton.

Botshabelo is a NGO based in Midrand, and has three main areas of focus

1) A babies home for abandoned babies with the goal of placing them into forever families.

2) A pre-primary school for underprivilleged communities.

3) A teacher's training course to equip school teachers impacting areas such as Olivienhoutbosch.

There are three ways that you can support my ride:

1) A fixed amount for the ride, as an example R500 (R100-R6000)

2) A rand amount per km finished (R1-R10 per km)

3) A rand amount per minute under my time from last year (5:16)

Your support for my ride reaches far beyond what you and I could to as individuals, but as a team supporting a worthy cause, we can make a difference! I am so excited to be part of something greater than myself.

Thanks an advance for your support and generosity!
