Hi everyone so as many of you will know I will be doing a 105km 4-day charity swim around Ibiza through Madswimmer (http://madswimmer.com/). With 25-28km per day we'll be in the water between 7 to 8 hours per day for four consecutive days. 

We are raising funds for an amazing charity, Guild Cottage (http://www.guildcottage.org/) they are South Africa's only specialist residential treatment centre for sexually abused and traumatised children. They a small but great charity so any donation large or small will be greatly appreciated and more importantly will make a huge difference in a child’s life.

I dare all my family, friends and friends of friends to donate and set yourselves your own challenge to help make a difference with a cause you believe in.
