Personal message

Please help me move out of ny current flat. I have a neighbour I consider to be dangerous. He has broken rules that affect a few of us in the complex and I reported this to their landlord. Unfortunately they seem to now have a grudge againts me and constantly harass me. I have even been threatened with guns. I do not feel safe anymore and would like to move iut but do not have the deposit required to do so. I am also scared to go to the police for fear of retaliation. The family stays right next door.
