Join us as we follow Obeidullah Gierdien and the amazing work he has been doing by spearheading the Murals for Gaza cause. This ground-breaking short documentary aims to explore the power of art in raising awareness for the people of Gaza and their struggle for justice and freedom.
The Back Story
The big question is why South Africa, why did a little spec at the bottom of the african continent take on this battle. Well the the answer is simple, South Africans through experiance feel compelled to stand up humanity.
The Murals for Gaza Program: Cape Town's walls have become a canvas for change, thanks to the Murals for Gaza initiative. Local artists are using their creative prowess to amplify the voices of those affected by conflict. Through breath-taking murals, they tell stories of resilience, hope, and the universal desire for peace. During this documentary you will get to know why a little country at the tip of Africa decided to take up this fight for humanity.
