As we reach the end of 2023, I am aware of all the people struggling and dealing with hardships we might have no idea of.
In the spirit of giving, I am therefore asking for your help in assisting a friend who is in dire need. I’m choosing to keep them anonymous, due to the public nature of Backabuddy, and so that donations can provide financial relief without any strings attached.
My friend has had no luck in finding employment for over 26 months, after numerous applications to various positions. They have been contributing their time to the community, getting involved, and doing everything in their power to seek employment.
My hope is to provide them with a small sense of relief in the meantime, while they continue on their search for a permanent position somewhere.
