Three years ago, my fiancée underwent a series of intricate procedures to mend intestinal breaks, resulting in severe intestinal bleeding. Unfortunately, these procedures were not without complications.

Compounding our challenges, she grapples with a brain tumor, blood pressure issues, and sleep apnea...hindrances that have regrettably rendered her unable to secure employment.

At present, the financial strain on us is immense. The cost of her chronic medication alone amounts to R2400 per month, covering only a fraction of the 12 medications she requires. Regrettably, we find ourselves unable to afford the full spectrum of necessary treatments.

In recent days, her health has taken a downturn. Regrettably, we lack the financial means to consult the specialists she urgently needs. My income barely covers our basic needs, making it a daily struggle to put food on the table. However, one thing remains abundantly clear—she desperately requires the correct medical attention.
