Hi all, Rafa and I will be doing the Cape Town Cycle Tour on a tandem bicycle this year.

We are supporting Zip Zap social circus in the 30th year because of their impact on South African youth at risk.

Their programs are important because they transform children's lives by imparting life and performance art skills and ultimately enabling employment.

Zip Zap is only able to do this work, thanks to donations.

Please help us contribute to their programmes.
