Aiden Fortuin, 15 Years of age, has been selected to represent the RSA Goju Ryu team in Austria come September 2024

Please be informed that South Africa will compete in the 7th World Goju

Ryu Federation Championships in Fürstenfeld/Bad Loipersdorf, Austria,

during September 2024.

The RSA Team has been selected from those competitors who excelled

during Selection Trials held on 7 & 8 October 2023 in Stellenbosch.

I hereby confirm that Aiden Fortuin has been selected to represent South

Africa as part of the RSA Goju Ryu team.

The RSA team will be required to travel to Austria from approximately 2 till

14 September 2024. Dates to be finalised, subject to travel logistics.

As sport is self funded for most South Africans, we appeal to any

benefactor who may be willing to support Aiden Fortuin in any way

whatsoever.

This Karate athlete deserves to be applauded and encouraged for the task

ahead. Please revert if any additional information may be required.
