Salaams and Warm Regards, I am Fahiza and I am from Gauteng, Johannesburg.

A dream to be self-sufficient - 1000 hearts at R50 each :-) 

As the breadwinner of my household, I share a combined dream with my spouse to set up a business to enable us not only to further our passion for food and taste but also to create an alternate platform to sustain our responsibilities.

Being able to give back to the average community we come from is something that is close to our hearts.  Not only will we be giving back with job opportunities and affordable food but we also plan to use this avenue to host, for starters a monthly soup kitchen providing meals to the less fortunate in the area and with progress make it a weekly affair.

Living a comfortable life is all we need and with job opportunities being so minimal it is a wish for us to create an environment where we work for ourselves and generate income with the end result being a debt-free simple life providing for our loved ones and keeping our families taken care of.  To comfortably do good is something we all should strive for.

This food cafe is a dream I know will turn into reality if I am able to complete the balance of the work that needs to be done. On a single income, I have done as much as I possibly could and being a new business I cannot get finance from an institution.

Earning an income, becoming self-reliant, creating job opportunities and giving the average household the chance to experience delicious food without breaking their pocket, we know we can achieve this.

So far I have managed to secure around 60 percent of the requirements that I need according to the business plan created.

Apart from securing the premises alot of the shop fitting, extractor units, counter building etc have been done already and secured. I am at the stage where now the financial crunch comes in to play for signage, securing the essentials to complete the kitchen, pay for licenses etc Basically the most important parts.

 This is where I'm running out of train tracks to keep moving forward. Your assistance to realize this dream will forever be remembered.
