What we do:
SADD was the proud recipient of a 2012 International "Prince Michael of Kent" Road Safety Award for our University Project - working with 8 South African Universities educating young people with regards to responsible alcohol use. We continue to provide counselling and support to families that are the victims of drink driving - more than 40 people die every day on SA roads and 65% of these crashes are due to alcohol.
Targets for 67give:
Total target: R50 000.Visit +/-20 disadvantaged (often long term stay) adult road crash victims in Edendale,Greys & Northdale Hospitals in Pietermartizburg. 8 wheelchairs = R40 000. 4 crutches = R5 000. English & Zulu magazines/papers =R2 000. Toiletries/t-shirts = R2 000.

South Africans Against Drunk Driving (SADD) are a specialised Road Safety and Drink Driving organization. We provide education to schools and tertiary institutions throughout SA. We support the victims of drink driving and provide grief literature and other assistance. We act as a media resource centre.
