Personal message
2017 is the year of my Ironman. But not just this race, the opportunity to race other triathlon races and raise both awareness adn funds for the Smile Foundation.
Key events that I will ba taking part in during 2017 include:
1) Trinity Triathlon
2) SA Triathlon Champs
3) Ironman African Champs
4) Bela Bela 5150 Triathlon
5) Midlands Ultra
Not to mention severla other running, swimming and cycling events to challeneg my fitness levels.
Smile is my charity of choice and has been for the past 5 years. The work they do in uplifting lives of children and families is nothing short of miracle work. And another aspext I enjoy is the development of our healthcare system, as Smile uplifts our local doctors, surgeons and other medical staff along the way.
