Personal message

The 2011 aQuelle Midmar Mile that takes place at the Midmar Dam near Howick in the Kwa Zulu Natal Midlands on the 12th and 13th February is coming to be one of the most keenly contested events in the colourful history of the world's largest open water swimming event.

This year, our committee decided to involve our school swimming team in a fundraising event, by helping them to spearhead this 'Midmar Mile Challenge'. Our A-Team will be swimming for the Interact Club's various charities and therefore a very meaningful cause. However, this event is not just closed to our swimming team - those swimming the Midmar Mile individually will also be part of this donations-based sponsorship.

We appreciate any donations made to this dedicated charity event!
