Come and run with us in this years Outsurance Gun Run 2014. The event is on 12 October and we would love to have you run for us.

Ikamva Lanbantu has been helping communities build a better life for themselves for over 50 years and now you too can give others a Running Start to a brand new life.  With your help and sponsorship we will continue to provide vital services to over 1 000 orphans and vulnerable children, 12 000 preschoolers and over 500 senior citizens in the townships of Cape Town.
