Every year, thousands and thousands of animals find themselves homeless or land up at shelters simply because there are not enough homes for all the animals out there. Did you know that one in every 10 dogs will ever find a home and 1 in every 45 cats? Did you know that one female dog and her offspring, in 6 years, can be responsible for the birth of 67,000 dogs? And did you know that one female cat and her offspring, in 7 years, can be responsible for the birth of 420,000 cats? The only way to curb this problem is through strong sterilization programmes. Pet Empowerment in Townships works hand-in-hand with under resourced communities, educating them on the importance of sterilization. Please help us to stop the amount of animals being born when there are already so many homeless animals out there by sponsoring the sterilization of a township animal!  Every neutered cat or dog stops many unwanted babies and makes a huge difference. TO NEUTER IS CUTER!
