We are a group of runners looking to raise enough funds to continue the good work we started in 2018 through our CSI initiative named Promote Sport For Social Change.

We are promoting sports to uplift our underprivileged rural and township communities. Over the years special focus has been on the schools in these communities.

Funds raised from the 400km Iconic Challenge initiative will benefit over 4000 of these school kids with school shoes, sanitary towels, sports kits Nationally.

The 400km run over 8 days will be broken down this way:

- 42.2km x 7 days 

- 103km on day 8

The event takes place in Eastern Cape and cuts across the Heritage and Tourism Route from Fort Hare University in Alice, past Heald Town, past Cala, past Cofimvaba, past Ngcobo, past Clarkebury, past Mqhekezweni, past Qunu, and ends in Mvezo village near Mthatha. Funds raised will however benefit schools Nationally.
