Get Nicole to College Campaign

Hi, I am trying to help a young lady raising funds for her studies.  If you maybe know of a philanthropist or are maybe yourself in the position and feel in your heart a desire to help even with a little, will you let me know please.

 

Background: 

Her name is Nicole Willams and she is a second year student at Hugenote College Wellington, studying a degree in Social Work. Hugenote College does not qualify for NSFAS funding from the government. They are seen as a private university.  She was promised a bursary for this year, but when January came, the donor's finance changed and was no more able to help.   By then all applications for bursaries or loans for this year, was closed.  Even the banks was not willing to lend more, because of loans made  to pay for last year's studies. She stays in the hostel at the College. The Tuition fees for the year is R72 580.00 and accommodation is R35 600.00, in total  R108 180.00. Of this a deposit of R23 000 for the year is already paid.  R85 180 is still to be paid.

 

I know Nicole Williams well.  Her mother is working for me for the past 11 years.  Her dad is also working for the same company for this period of time.  In 2022 Nicole was the first one in both her mom and dad's family to matriculate. Now, also the first one to study further.
